Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on autism treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based methods to build communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and a pay range of $17–$20 per hour. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds; 18+ and HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age and HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills
• Ensure safety and respond to challenging behavior as needed
