The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods while reducing challenging behaviors. Comprehensive training is provided to help you grow, even if you are new to the field.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test (if not done in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
