Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting safety and engagement.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and the ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities. Training is provided to ensure success in this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move in varied positions throughout the day.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for client safety.
• Support one-on-one with children under supervision of a BCBA and implement plans.
