CentrIA Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based methods.

We value patience, teamwork, and compassion. Training is provided; candidates must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay ranges are offered.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test
• Background check required
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress as part of a team.
