Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under BCBA supervision, implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training will be provided, and you will join a dedicated team making a meaningful difference. Responsibilities include patient, compassionate care, and collaboration with a BCBA to reduce challenging behaviors while ensuring safety and progress.

Competenze

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test within the last year.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
