Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. The role involves physical activities and assisting with mobility, with pay range $17-$20 per hour. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test (if not current).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
