Job summary

Centria Autism in Southlake, TX is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and options to grow in the behavioral-analytic field. Pay range is $18–$25 per hour, with opportunities to make a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test within last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
