Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Southlake, TX to work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience to work with children with autism.
• Team player with reliable attendance.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within onboarding

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain safety and assist with activities requiring lifting or movement
