Centria Autism is hiring enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided; candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds while staying patient and a team player.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors.
• Be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
