Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one instruction under a BCBA supervision. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies in a supportive team environment.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience required. You must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
