Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods. Training is provided, and the role involves physical activity and light lifting.

The position offers a pay range of $19 - $20 per hour and requires patience, compassion, and teamwork. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA with evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in various positions and activities.
