Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians in the United States. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Paid position with a pay range of $20–$29 per hour. Training provided; CPR/First Aid and TB tests may be required. Onboarding leads to RBT certification after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED and ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate under supervision of BCBA to reduce interfering behaviors.
