Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism through one-on-one intervention under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized behavior plans, teach communication, social and daily living skills, and help reduce interfering behaviors in a teamwork‑oriented environment.

Daily tasks include active movement, documentation, and collaborating with families to maximize progress, with a competitive hourly pay range of $20–$26.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test must be obtained.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• MD Registered Behavior Technician Certification within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
