Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate, patient, and able to work well in a team. Comprehensive training is provided, and you may need to obtain an RBT certification after

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children
• Ability to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age and legal working status
• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR/First Aid cert and TB test after onboarding
• Background check clearance required
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding
