Job summary

CentriA Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based techniques.

You will need to be patient and a strong team player, with training provided. The role includes physical requirements and a path to RBT certification after onboarding, with a pay range of $18-$25 per

Qualifications

Passionate about helping children with autism and able to work in a team.
Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and be 18+.
Able to obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children and implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
Monitor progress and maintain a safe, supportive environment for children.
