Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing evidence-based plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and a competitive pay range of $19–$24 per hour.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain an RBT Certification after onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child’s goals.
