Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will apply evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you can contribute from day one, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (within the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Reduce interfering behaviors to support child development
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in ongoing training
