Job summary

Centria Autism in Sun City West, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with kids, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

This role requires patience and teamwork; we provide comprehensive training and offer a pay range of $18-$24 per hour to start, with opportunities to grow as you help children

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
