Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and complete CPR/First Aid and TB tests. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism support is not required; training is provided.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications plus TB test are required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance to implement intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Follow evidence-based techniques in a structured program.
• Participate in comprehensive training and collaborate with the team.
