Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure child safety and assist with physical demands as needed.
