Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Training is provided; must be 18+, with high school diploma or GED, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay range and supportive team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
