Job summary

Autism Care Partners is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing ABA-based plans to build communication and adaptive skills. You will record data, complete session notes, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while receiving ongoing training and BCBA on-site support.

The role offers full-time and part-time options, with a clear path for advancement under our BT Level Up program.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to utilize technology and basic computer skills.
• No prior criminal history may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children at the center.
• Implement ABA-based clinical plans to develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Maintain data records and complete session documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, organized therapy environment.
• Attend required trainings and comply with ethics guidelines.
