Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Behavior Technician to support direct behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing treatment plans, data collection, and safe interaction with children and families in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, complete training within 90 days, and pass RBT requirements, with a strong focus on ethics, confidentiality, and clinical teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Complete 40 hours of paid training within 90 days of hire.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment by supervising BCBA.
• Pass BACB RBT exam to become RBT.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of the BCBA.
• Assist in implementation of the ITPl and daily data collection.
• Enter data and update graphs, reporting to BCBA.
• Prepare and implement materials for sessions as directed.
• Follow behavior modification plans and BACB ethics requirements.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
