Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based methods.

Comfort with physical activity is required; you may lift up to 50 pounds and stand, sit, and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
