Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based strategies to teach essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment. Physical activity is part of the role, with lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and able to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
