Job summary

Corewell Health's Children’s Center in Southfield, MI is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement evidence-based programming for children with autism and developmental disorders under the supervision of a BCBA.

This full-time day shift role involves delivering interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A high school diploma is required, with completion of RBT training within 6 months, and BLS certification within 180 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must complete RBT training within 6 months.
• Experience with childcare or children with special needs preferred.
• BLS certification required within 180 days (AHA or ARC).
• BCBA certification required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic interventions under supervision of the BCBA.
• Apply programming and feedback as instructed by the BCBA and report to leadership.
• Support individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
