Job summary

Beaumont Children's Center, part of Corewell Health, is hiring a Behavior Technician in Dearborn to implement behavior analytic interventions for children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and assist with data collection and family support.

The position is full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, located at 18501 Rotunda Dr, Dearborn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Must complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in childcare or work with children with special needs preferred.
• BLS CPR (American Heart Association) required within 180 days of hire.
• BLS CPR (American Red Cross) required within 180 days of hire.
• RBT certification required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Report to the BCBA and BCaBA at Beaumont’s Center for Exceptional Families.
• Support families throughout their life journey as part of the Center for Exceptional Families Autism Center.
