Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will implement individualized intervention plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based techniques. Comprehensive training is provided, regardless of prior experience. The role may involve physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
