Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you have no prior experience. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion toward children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
