Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Promote safety and positive behavior while supporting child and family goals.
• Assist in carrying out the child’s intervention plan and attend daily activities.
