Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills, while ensuring safety and engagement during activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test (within last year).
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Operate under the guidance of a BCBA and in teamwork with the care staff.
