Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral support to children and adults with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings. You'll implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

You’ll work under the guidance of experienced BCBAs, with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible morning, afternoon, and evening schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in psychology or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in child-focused roles or with ABA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
