Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and related differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role involves implementing treatment plans, recording progress, and creating engaging learning environments. Travel between client locations and paid training are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
