Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism.

You will help children improve social and communication skills, document progress and milestones, and follow behavior plans under Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and reducing problematic behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
