Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with individuals with developmental delays and challenging behaviors in Daly City, California. The role involves one-to-one behavioral intervention, data collection, and implementing the Behavior Support Plan under BCBA supervision.

Flexible PT/FT scheduling with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with special needs,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in educational or healthcare setting preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors.
• CPR/First Aid certification for Adult & Child required or willingness to obtain.
• TB test updated within past 90 days or willingness to obtain.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavioral intervention services.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavioral areas; crisis intervention.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing, ambulation.
• Implement and collect data for the Behavior Support Plan.
