Job summary

MAC Midwest - Cambridge is hiring a Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one and group ABA therapy for children with autism under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing individualized ABA plans, collecting data, and supporting skill development in a clinic setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and strong communication. Willingness to obtain RBT certification is required for Level 3 BT.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain an RBT certification if hired as level 3 BT.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect session data accurately and document in a timely manner using an iPad.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to support learner goals.
• Maintain a safe, structured therapeutic environment and adhere to HIPAA/safety protocols.
