Job summary

MAC Midwest in Rochester, MN seeks a Behavioral Therapist to deliver direct ABA-based therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to implement individualized treatment plans and support skill development for learners aged 18 months to 21 years.

Role requires strong communication, reliability, and ability to follow clinical direction. The position offers hourly pay with opportunities for growth and certification, at our Rochester center.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if hired as level 3 BT.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct therapy in center-based setting to learners.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, play, and adaptive skills.
