Job summary

Centria Autism’s Life Skills Autism Academy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in-center for young children. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing treatment plans designed by BCBA/BC supervisors and documenting progress.

Responsibilities include data collection, caregiver training support, and maintaining a safe, structured environment. Certification, reliability, and safety compliance are essential to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the BACB.
• Willing to participate in the company’s background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually.
• Must be able to physically perform this job, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavior skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols per client treatment plan.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per client treatment plan.
• Ensure timely and compliant documentation.
