Job summary

MAC Midwest in Duluth, MN is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to deliver one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children with autism, under supervision of a Center Supervisor. You will implement personalized treatment plans and support skill development.

The role involves direct therapy in a center-based setting, teaching communication, social, daily living, and play skills, while collecting accurate data on an iPad and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if hired as level 3 BT.
• Interest in working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct therapy in a center-based setting.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Utilize ABA teaching strategies including reinforcement and prompting.
• Collect session data and document via iPad.
• Monitor progress and report observations to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow HIPAA, safety protocols, and company policies.
