Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a center-based ABA Therapy program dedicated to helping young children on the autism spectrum reach their potential through intensive, evidence-based intervention. The Registered Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one and small-group instruction, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA/BC to implement individualized treatment plans.

This is a full-time, in-center role with opportunities for professional growth and supervision

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and maintained.
• Background check willingness required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Annual TB testing required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly when needed.
• Strong data entry and technology use for recording data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings with intensive teaching.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize observable client behavior data.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training per protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation following procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as instructed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy environments.
• Assist with materials prep and supervision-related tasks.
