Job summary

Childwise ABA in Massachusetts is seeking caring, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will follow BCBA-created plans, collect behavioral data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills during structured activities.

No prior RBT certification is required; training and support are provided with opportunities to pursue RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Previous ABA or behavioral experience is a plus, but not required.
• RBT certification is not required to apply.
• Patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children during structured activities and routines.
