Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, or psychology.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2 years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and maintain program records.
• Create and deliver intervention activities; monitor skill acquisition.
• Prepare evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports and exit summaries.
• Provide ongoing staff training and participate in meetings and treatment planning.
• Stay current with autism research and ABA developments.
• Communicate with families and case supervisor regarding progress and concerns.
