Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, or psychology.
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification card.
• 2 years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
• Knowledge of evidence‑based practices for children with ASD; familiar with Applied Behavior Analysis approaches.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Behavior Interventionists to ensure data accuracy.
• Manages and maintains program records.
• Plans and leads monthly progress updates for each family served.
• Delivers intervention activities and parent education per treatment plan.
• Monitors skill acquisition in autism across natural settings.
• Completes evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and exit summaries.
