Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to manage ABA program services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

The role involves guiding Behavior Interventionists, ensuring accurate data, and collaborating with BCBA supervision to deliver targeted interventions. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience with ASD, plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ECE/Development, Special Education, or Psychology.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2 years of professional experience with children with ASD.
• Ability to obtain criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and ensure accurate data recording.
• Manage and maintain program records with data fidelity checks.
• Lead monthly progress updates for each family served with the team.
• Write progress reports and develop intervention programs for assigned cases.
• Provide parent education according to treatment plan or assessments.
• Monitor skill acquisition for individuals with ASD in natural settings.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and exit summaries.
• Provide ongoing staff training and attend meetings and trainings.
• Stay current with research and developments in ABA and related fields.
