Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an experienced ABA Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with autism and developmental delays. Under direct supervision, you will provide discipline-specific treatment and supervision to program staff, ensuring quality and adherence to best-practice guidelines.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD work in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and direction to program staff.
