Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking an Associate Program Manager to deliver specialized behavior intervention services for children with autism in home and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will supervise Behavior Interventionists, prepare progress reports, and coordinate training for families. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, enrollment in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or BCBA qualification process, CPR certification, and ABA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, psychology, nursing or related field.
Enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis or BCBA pathway.
Current CPR certification and ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized behavior intervention services to children with ASD in home and community settings.
Supervise Behavior Interventionists and coordinate family training and progress updates.
Write evaluations, progress reports, and exit summaries; maintain program records.
Attend team meetings and ensure data accuracy and fidelity checks.
