Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide ABA-based intervention services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will monitor cases, develop programs, and train caregivers in natural settings to improve skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of ABA experience with children with autism or related disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field that meets BCBA requirements.
• Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with children with autism spectrum disorders or related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior intervention services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Supervise up to 1 Direct Intervention case and 1 Parent Consultation case.
• Maintain documentation including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
