Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a skilled clinician to provide program management and specialized intervention for individuals with ASD. Under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will supervise staff, develop programs, and write progress reports.

You will collaborate with BCBA, therapists, and families to implement evidence-based practices. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, ongoing training, and staying current with ABA research.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and CPR certification.
• 2 years of professional ASD experience.
• Current CPR certification and ability to obtain required vaccinations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based ABA practices and data-driven intervention.
• Strong communication, leadership, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Behavior Interventionists and maintains program records.
• Leads monthly progress updates for families and teams.
• Delivers intervention activities and parent education per treatment plan.
• Documents evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and exit summaries.
• Provides ongoing staff training and participates in team meetings.
• Keeps up-to-date with autism/ABA research and trends.
• Maintains professional communications with participants and families.
