Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required; CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years experience with children with ASD in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ABA program components for caseload with fidelity to best practices.
• Provides supervision, training, and performance feedback to program staff.
• Leads staff meetings and develops instructional materials.
• Collaborates with families, regional centers, and healthcare providers; travels as needed.
• Stays current with autism research and related education trends.
