Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks a supervisor to provide program management and ABA interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

You will work under BCBA supervision, conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop programs for assigned cases. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 2 years of ASD experience, CPR certification, and strong data/documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, special education, or psychology.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience: 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for ASD and ABA methods including PRT, NET, PECS, BST, EFA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure accurate data and records.
• Manage program records and data reliability; conduct monthly progress updates.
• Develop and adjust intervention plans; write progress notes and exit summaries.
• Provide parent education according to treatment plans and assessments.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and collaborate with BCBA and team.
